Service Life Extension Program (SLEP)

Extend the life of your Learjet flight controls and landing gear with FAA-approved STC’s available on Lear 24/25 series, and 35/36 series aircraft.

STC ST00738W1

This STC eliminates mandatory flight control replacement at 20,000 hours and is less than 1/3 the cost of replacement parts. We conduct full inspection of Lear 24, 25, 35, and 36-series flight controls and 20-series engine mounts using state-of-the-art NDI techniques, replace necessary parts, and provide complete instructions for continued airworthiness.

STC ST00814WI

Extend the life of your main landing gear from 12,000 to 17,000 cycles, and avoids the high cost of new gear assemblies with this STC. This program reduces the per-cycle cost of ownership to less than that of a new gear.
